01 How are my measurements taken?
With two photographs and your height. REHMAI's instant AI body measurement reads eight measurements from them, each accurate to one centimetre, and a personal virtual stylist refines the result with you before anything is cut.
02 How long does a piece take to arrive?
Four to six weeks. Every garment is cut to your measurements after you order and finished by hand, so the make time is the delivery time.
03 What happens if it doesn't fit?
We make it right. Under the perfect fit guarantee our ateliers alter the piece, or recut it entirely. Start by speaking with your stylist.
04 Can I reuse my measurements for the next piece?
Yes. Your measurement profile is yours to keep, adjust and reuse on every piece you order. If your body changes, update it once and every order after follows.
05 What is the label sewn into my garment?
A WaveWear NFC label. Tap it with your phone to see the artist behind your lining, the fabric run your piece was cut from and the measurements it was made to. It is your proof of provenance and ownership.
06 What does the house make?
Suits, blazers, trousers, vests and overcoats, all made to your measurements. The range is evergreen rather than seasonal, so a piece you order today can be ordered again in a year.
