The House

REHMAI makes womenswear the way tailoring was always made: one garment at a time, to one body's measurements.

The way we work

Cut once, finished by hand

Nothing here is waiting on a shelf. When you order, your measurements go to the cutting table and a single garment is cut, then finished by hand. It reaches you in four to six weeks and fits in a way nothing off a rack will.

  • 01 Two photographs and your height
  • 02 Eight measurements, accurate to a centimetre
  • 03 A stylist checks the result with you

The cloth

The houses we cut from

Every piece begins as a length of cloth from a named mill. These are the houses whose books we cut from, woven in Biella, Huddersfield, Como and Paris.

Provenance

The label that proves it

Sewn into every REHMAI garment is a WaveWear NFC label. Tap it with your phone and the piece introduces itself: the artist behind your lining, the fabric run it was cut from, the measurements it was made to. Proof of what you own, and of who made it.

The guarantee

If a piece doesn't fit the way it should, we alter it or recut it entirely. That is the whole policy.
