These terms

REHMAI is a made-to-measure tailoring house in Redfern, Sydney. These terms apply to every order placed through this store, and placing an order means you accept them.

Your measurements

Each garment is cut to the measurements you confirm when you order. There are three ways to give them: measure yourself with your phone, by sending two photographs and your height for our measurement technology to read; reuse a measurement profile already held on your account; or order in a standard size from our house block. The garment follows what you confirm, so please take the photographs as instructed. If something in your measurements looks unusual to us, we will check with you before cutting.

Made to order

Every garment is cut once, to your confirmed measurements, and finished by hand. Allow 4 to 6 weeks before dispatch; our Shipping policy sets out delivery in full. Because each piece is made for one person, change-of-mind returns are not offered. Our Returns and Refunds policy sets out the Perfect Fit Guarantee and your remedies if something is wrong.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price at checkout is the price you pay; standard shipping within Australia is included.

The Perfect Fit Guarantee

If your garment does not fit, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We will alter it at our ateliers at no charge, or recut it entirely if alteration cannot achieve the fit. The full terms are in our Returns and Refunds policy.

Lining artworks and intellectual property

The prints on our linings are original artworks, and the WaveWear label sewn into each garment credits the artist behind them. All rights in those artworks, and in the other content of this store, remain with their owners. Buying a garment gives you the garment; it does not give you a licence to reproduce the artwork.

Australian Consumer Law

Our garments come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right the law gives you. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything beyond those guarantees is limited to resupplying the garment or refunding its price.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute we cannot resolve together may be taken to the courts of New South Wales.
